This is the amount of hard drive space in MegaBytes(MB) we will allocate to your hosting account to use. On this space you can install your pre-developed web site and/or ready-made add-on applications.

This is also measured in MegaBytes(MB). Bandwidth is what gets used everytime a visitor views your web site. (Traffic)

When a visitor visits your site, all the IMAGES and HTML files (everything they view) gets downloaded to their hard drive in what is called "browser cache". So the bigger your website the more bandwidth will be consumed.

A popular site with popular content may be small in size but because of the amount of traffic it will consume more bandwidth. From experience we have seen Modelling Agencies, Adult Content, Estate Agents and Cellphone Content type of web sites consumes the most bandwidth.

We will contact you to either upgrade to the next package with more bandwidth or buy additional bandwidth to carry you through for the rest of the month or pay for the aditional bandwidth used at the end of the month.

You can upgrade at any given time and the new hosting fee will only be applicable the following month. So upgrading during the month is effectively free.

Yes, we do backups on our servers daily.
We do however encourage Clients to also keep their own websites backed up locally.

On both LINUX and Windows servers you get the function to backup your whole site to your hard drive (as well as to another ftp site on the LINUX servers)

We offer a %99.5 uptime guarantee.

Your account will be credited as follows if your site is down for:
95% – 99.4% - 25% Credit
90% – 94.9% - 50% Credit
89% or below – 100% Credit
(Calculated per month)

If there is a hardware failure on our servers the expected outage will be 2 hours, but in VERY extreme circumstances 24hours.

The expected outage from a Connection point of view - a few minutes. Under rare circumstances, 2 hours maximum.
